As retreat chefs, we aim to provide your guests with foods that support their individual journey, and bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit. The meals will be tasty, deeply nourishing, and create a space for further growth and exploration during the retreat.

We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences and love to create unique menus that will compliment your retreat.
